We, CNTRD (“CNTRD”, “us”, “we”, “our”), own and operate the CNTRD website available at: www.stay-cntrd.com (“Site”). Please read carefully the following terms and conditions, as well as the CNTRD Privacy Policy available at: www.stay-cntrd.com/privacy (collectively, the "Terms"), because they constitute a binding agreement between you, the user who uses our Site (“you”), and us. By accepting these Terms or by accessing or using the Site, you signify your agreement with these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Site.
About CNTRD
We offer various types of leadership and development programs and services, as well as coaching, workshops and keynotes (our “Services”). The Site aims to provide an overview and background information to the Services and to enable you to get in touch with us for booking the Services. Please be aware that if you book any of the Services, these will be subject to a separate agreement between you and us.
Changes to the Site and the Terms
We may from time to time change the Site's structure, layout, design or display, as well as the scope and availability of the information and content therein, without giving any prior notice. We can remove any content from the Site for any reason. Changes of this character by their very nature are likely to result in glitches or cause inconvenience. We will not be held responsible for any outcome of these changes, and failures resulting from them.
CNTRD also reserves the right to revise, at its sole and absolute discretion, the Terms at any time including for the purpose of meeting technical, operational and legal requirements. All revisions will be posted on the Site and will be effective immediately upon posting. By using or browsing on the Site, you are deemed notified and bound by any changes to these Terms. If you do not accept these revisions to the Terms, then you must immediately stop using the Site. We will post a notice about changes made to these Terms on the Site, and by continuing your use of the Site after the new changes have taken effect, you indicate your agreement to the amended Terms.
No waiver, concession, extension, representation, alteration, addition or derogation from these Terms will be effective unless affected in writing and expressly.

We hereby grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited, personal, revocable right to access and use the Site for its intended purpose, which is for your or your company’s use only subject to the Terms herein. Any other use including, but not limited to, the reproduction, duplication, modification, distribution, sale, transmission, republication, removal, deletion, addition, framing, display, or performance of the content on this Site or the exploitation in any other manner of any of the content of this Site, in part or in whole, is strictly prohibited.
Restrictions on Use
You may not:

Use the Site for purposes of examination, scanning, scrapping, hacking including hacking the Site’s security systems or any other computer and communication systems serving it, interfering with the Site’s operations, manipulating the Site’s activities, systematic access to the Site's systems using automated software tools, such as 'bots' and 'crawlers', and access to the features or functionalities of the Site that are not intended to be accessible or that are not documented.
Use the Site for any activity that constitutes or encourages the commission of criminal offense or civil wrong or violates applicable laws, including laws in connection with deception, fraud, forgery, privacy protection, identity theft, viruses and other malicious software distribution, right to publicity, slander, harassment and obscene publications.
Any attempt to do any of the foregoing is a violation of our rights. If you breach these restrictions, your limited license to use the Site granted herein will immediately terminate and you may be subject to prosecution and damages.

CNTRD does not grant, by implication or otherwise, any license or right to use any Content displayed on this Site, without the prior written consent of CNTRD. CNTRD prohibits the use of the CNTRDs’ logo or other proprietary graphics or trademarks as a link to any Site unless the creation of such a link is approved in advance, and in writing, by CNTRD.

By linking to a certain website, we do not endorse or sponsor its content, nor do we confirm the accuracy, credibility, authenticity, reliability, validity, integrity, or legality of such content.

CNTRD and its hosting services providers implement systems, applications and procedures to secure your information, to minimize the risks of theft, damage, loss of information, or unauthorized access or use of information. These measures provide sound industry standard security. However, although we make efforts to protect your information, we cannot guarantee that our systems will be immune from any wrongdoings, malfunctions, unlawful interceptions or access, or other kinds of abuse and misuse.

As such, your use of this Site is at your own risk. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Israeli law. Any legal claim will take place with the competent courts of Tel Aviv, Israel. Your use of the Site may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.
