Meet Our Founder

Born in the Soviet Union, raised in Germany, trained in the UK, at home in Israel.

Hi, I’m Stanislaw, founder and director of CNTRD.

As I’ve moved across countries and careers, I’ve been shaped by a rich mosaic of people, places, and cultures. When I was a kid, I dreamed of being a magician. Since then, I’ve led the innovation office of a German automotive company, coached executives of multinational corporations, became an organizational psychologist, an academic lecturer, a father, and so much more.

What’s the common thread? My boundless passion for the hidden dynamics of human interactions. When we understand what moves people, we can leverage true leadership as a source of engagement and motivation. And where do we need that most? In the place where we spend a third of our life: at work.

With more than 85% of people in the western world feeling disengaged at work, organizations across the globe are struggling to build teams that drive innovation, foster a culture of ownership, and retain top talent. The main reason for this trend is surprisingly straight-forward: a lack of appreciation from our direct supervisors.

At CNTRD, we’re here to solve this problem by reframing leadership with three simple words: put people first.
